Yes, it is! And that's really good score. Having an Apple A13 Bionic chipset and it's software optimization gives a really nice score that it is really worth it. Maybe some people do not like it's hardware features and looks but what we see here is based on its performance. 

Well, some will consider buying it and others may not. But still, it is up to consumers.
