Title: Mi Browser and all Xiaomi internet services are 100% SAFE. Please DO NOT believe INCORRECT NEWS!

The video is uploaded on May 2, 2020, yesterday.

"A news report claiming 'Mi Browser collects unnecessary user information is floating on social media. This is absolutely inaccurate! Mi Browser & all Xiaomi / Mi internet products are 100% safe. Moreover, all data of Indian users are stored locally in India" says the video description.

Manu Kumar Jain, CEO of Xiaomi India ensures Indian Mi Fans and users' information and data are locally stored only in India and 100% safe and secured, also their products too are a hundred percent safe to use. This statement is released after a piece of news circulating online stated that the Mi Browser collects unnecessary information and data even on Incognito Mode.

Xiaomi is not just a smartphone manufacturer as Manu has said but as an Internet Company, they have the proper guidelines and measures when it comes to the data and information that needs to be stored for user's preference.

"Any data or information collected from the users needs their consent before it takes place," Manu added. He also gives assurance that if there's a collection of data, all of them are encrypted.

However, Indian Mi Fans also complains about the unwanted adult content ads that always appear in their user experience from MIUI and Xiaomi has not released any statement about if these are really experienced by all of the users.
