It was announced on HarmonyOS launch event that Huawei will release their flagship device successor to the P40 Series, last May 28. Even though the telecommunications giant are facing hard times, the company still delivered the fresh innovations to the market and now the reports says that the P50 Series will be unveiled on July 29.
A Weibo tipster hinted that the huge main sensor will boast a 1/1.18-inch ultra-high pixel main camera solutions, which will allow users to capture realistic and high-quality pictures.
Gathered reports that says Huawei will only launch 4G models of the P50 isn't true. The series will be equipped with a HiSilicon Kirin 9000/9000E 5G chipset, along with the 4G variant of the Huawei P50. The 5G models will have less in quantity, so the company will introduce extra variants to increase sales volume. Yet, both 4G and 5G variants could be unveiled together.
The P50 Series likely to arrive in three variants: the vanilla P50, P50 Pro, and the P50 Pro+. the regular P50 will feature a 6.3-inch display and the 6.7-inch display for the highest variants. It will be preloaded with the latest Harmony OS v2.0 out of the box. No official word yet from the company about pricing and full specifications, so stay tuned.
