Realme 9i renders have surfaced online, and the rumors suggest that the successor will debut at the end of 2021. However, Realme clarified that these devices will come only in 2022 and for that, we can expect the company to bring three or four devices under the lineup. Realme 9i is the youngest sibling in the series, and it will carry specifications given for the budget segment. Lately, the device is being shared by the leaksters; OnLeaks, and 91mobiles.
Realme 9i alleged specifications
Realme 9i is said to flaunt a 6.5-inch FHD+ resolution, IPS-LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, the punch-hole camera's placement is on the top-left corner of the screen. Considering the use of an IPS-LCD panel, unlocking the device will rely on a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
Under the hood is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chip that was recently announced, the chipset is developed on a 6nm process and highlights semi-custom Kryo 265 cores and an Adreno 610 GPU. While on the camera department, the phone will adopt a 50MP triple camera setup. The image sensor applied in the primary lens is not yet specified and which brand provided it.
The device is clearly for the budget segment. While, the higher and much more expensive sibling, the Realme 9 Pro Plus might fall under the upper mid-range category.
